<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 944 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />II- <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE RENUMBERING AND RECODIFYING THE CITY CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE AND AUTHORIZING PUBLICATION OF A <br />SUMMARY OF THE RECODIFICATION IN LIEU OF PUBLICATION OF THE <br />ENTIRE CODE. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is amended by recodifying and <br /> <br />renumbering the sections thereof in the form of the City Code, a copy of which <br />is on file in the office of the City Manager at 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br /> <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113. The purpose and intent of the recodification is to <br /> <br />bring the City Code up to date by including all extant code provisions in one <br /> <br />ordinance book. Publication of this summary is authorized pursuant to Minn. <br /> <br />Stat. Section 412.191, subdivision 4.
