CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 946 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 34.300, 34.310, AND 34,320 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, DEFINING "REGULATED POOLS." The City Council of the City of Rosevi11e does hereby ordain: I. Sections 34.300, 34.310, and 34.320 of the City Code of the City of Rosevi11e are hereby amended to read as follows: 34.300. Regulated Pools Defined. All artificial pools, including any structure, basin, chamber, or tank containing a body of water for swimming, diving, relaxation, recreational bathing, treatment pools, therapeutic pools, special pools for water therapy, whirlpool baths, spas, and cold plunges, except those located on public school property or a single-family residential property, are subject to the provisions of the Sections 34.310 and 34.320 of the City Code. 34.310. Pools -- Inspection. The City of Rosevil1e Health Officer or City of Rosevi11e Sanitarian is authorized to conduct such inspections as it deems necessary to insure compliance with all provisions of the following Sections as they apply to water standards, and shall have the right of entry at any reasonable hour to said pools for this purpose. 34.320. Pools -- Water Standards. Those provlslons set forth in MHD - 141 Rules and Regulations of the Minnesota Department of Health, relating to public swimming pools, 1971, are hereby adopted as an Ordinance regulating the disinfection and quality of water in, and the cleaning pools in the City of Rosevi11e as defined in Section 34.300, and are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this Code as completely as if set out herein in full.
