<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. M-92-25 <br />CITY OP ROSBVILLB, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the city of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in said <br />City, on the thirteenth day of July, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to hold <br />a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as amended <br />on proposed Improvement No. M-92-25 including all that property lying <br />south of Rose Place, northerly and westerly of Minnesota Commercial <br />Railway Company tracks, and east of Walnut Street by the reconstruction <br />of the rail crossings and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is <br />sUbstantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which <br />is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City <br />Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $71,189.72. <br />The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement shall be the <br />following: <br /> <br />08-29-23-21-0008 <br />08-29-23-23-0001 <br />08-29-23-23-0002 <br />08-29-23-23-0003 <br />08-29-23-24-0007 <br />08-29-23-32-0001 <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improvement and <br />the ares proposed to be assessed therefor may appear and be heard by the <br />City Council at the time and place stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: June 22, 1992 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />Steven Sarkozy <br />City Manager <br />
