<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 950 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING A NEW SECTION 7.015, 17.010, AND 17.020, <br />TO THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE CLARIFYING THE NUMBER <br />OF DWELLING UNITS PER BUILDING ALLOWED IN VARIOUS RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICTS UNDER A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by adding a new <br /> <br />Section 7.015 to read as follows: <br /> <br />7.015. Number of Dwelling Units per Building in Planned <br />Unit Developments. The limitations on the number of dwelling units <br />per building permitted in the various residential districts set forth in <br />this Chapter are subject to the number of dwelling units per building <br />exception of Section 17.210, of the Planned Unit Development <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Section 17.010 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />17.010. Definition of Planned Unit Development (PUD). A <br />Planned Unit Development is a cluster development for residential or <br />business purposes on one or more parcels of land wherein traditional <br />rigid set-back, side-yard, density, number of dwelling units per <br />building, or land use requirements of the zoning code are relaxed to <br />permit the clustering of residential or business structures and <br />providing for common open space, ingress and egress roadways, and <br />parking. <br /> <br />III. <br /> <br />Section 17.020 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />17.020. Procedure. The owner of a parcel or parcels in any <br />residential (R) or business (B) district seeking to develop a PUD for <br />residential or business purposes may apply to the Council for approval <br />of a PUD.
