CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 951 * * * * * * * * * * * AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 133.030 OF THE CITY CODE MODIFYING THE CABLE COMMUNICATIONS FRANCHISE ORDINANCE. The City Code of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: I. Section 133.030 of the City Code of the City of Roseville IS hereby amended to read as follows: 133.030. Cable Communication System Franchise. It is adopted for the purpose of granting a nonexclusive cable communica- tion system franchise to Group W Cable of the North Suburbs, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, those certain documents entitled: "AN ORDINANCE, INCLUDING ADDENDUM WITH EXHIBITS, GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO GROUP W OF THE NORTH SUBURBS, INC., A MINNESOTA CORPORA- TION, TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A CABLE COM- MUNICA TIONS SYSTEM IN THE CITY; SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS ACCOMPANYING THE GRANT OF FRAN- CHISE; PROVIDING FOR REGULATIONS, AND USE OF THE SYSTEM; AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLA TIONS OF ITS PROVISIONS," AND "AMENDENTS TO ARTICLE I., SECTION 2, PARAGRAPH 0, ARTICLE III., ARTICLE V., SECTION 3, PARAGRAPH B, ARTICLE VI., SECTION 4, AND EXHIBIT A." which documents, not less than three copies of which have been and are now filed in the office of the City Manager, are hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out in length herein, and the provisions thereof shall be controlling. II.
