CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 953 * * * * * II- * * AN ORDINANCE ADDING A NEW SECTION 151.130 TO THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE LIMITING THE USE OF SIX ON-SALE INTOXI- CA TING LIQUOR LICENSES TO ESTABLISHMENTS LOCATED IN REDEVELOP- MENT DISTRICTS I OR 2 AND LIMITING TWO OF SUCH LICENSES TO USE BY HOTELS. The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: I. The City Code of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by adding a new Section 151.130, to read as follows: 151.130. Redevelopment District On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses. In addition to the other qualifications required by statute and this Chapter, six (6) of the on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses the City is authorized by statute to issue, may be issued only to applicants with the following qualifications: (I) Four of such licenses shall be limited only to premises located in Redevelopment Districts 1 or 2, as defined in Resolution 7438, dated October 13, 1982, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Manager; and (2) Two of such licenses shall be limited only to hotels as that term is defined in Minn. Stat. Section 340.07, Subdivision 12, located in Redevelopment Districts I or 2, as defined in Resolution 7438, dated October 13, 1982, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Manager. II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
