<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 955 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE Ar~NDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING <br />THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND <br />16.040, BY RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FRO~1 SINGLE-FAMILY RES- <br />IDENCE DISTRICT (R-1) TO TWO-FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-2). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030, and 16.040 of the <br /> <br />Zoning Code of the City of Rosevi1le, the property owner filed an application <br /> <br />with the City Manager in the form of a written request to rezone from Sing1e- <br /> <br />Family Residence District (R-1) to Two-Family Residence District (R-2), <br /> <br />certain real property hereinafter described lying and being in the City of <br /> <br />Rosevi11e, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred the same to the Planning <br /> <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, upon due notice, held a public hearing <br /> <br />on said matter on the 6th day of June, 1984, and made its recommendation to <br /> <br />the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, after due notice, held a public hearing on said <br /> <br />matter on the 11th day of June, 1984, at its regular meeting; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />That ordinances, as amended pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030, <br /> <br />and 16.040, of the Zoning Code and Zoning Map thereof, be further amended as <br /> <br />follows: <br />
