<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 958 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTIONS 5.585, 8.270 (8), 8.280 (7), <br />8 . 30 0 ( 6 7), 8. 3 2 0 ( 1 7), 8. 3 30 ( 26), 8. 3 5 0 ( 19), 8. 39 0 ( 10 ) and <br />8.410 (10), ADDING OFF-SALE LIQUOR STORES AS PERMITTED AND SPECIAL <br />USES IN B-1, B, B-2, B-3 and B-4 ZONING DISTRICTS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Chapter 5 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br /> <br />amended by adding a new Section 5.585, to read as follows: <br /> <br />5.585. Shopping Centers. <br /> <br />A group of four or more contiguous units combined in a <br />single, architecturally unified building, containing at least <br />40,000 square feet of commercial space, located on a single site, <br />along with on-site parking which is provided in direct relationship <br />to the types and sizes of the stores contained within the building. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />Chapter 8 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br /> <br />amended by adding new Sections 8.270 (8), 8.280 (7), 8.300 (67), <br /> <br />8.320 (17), 8.330 (26), 8.350 (19), 8.390 (10) and 8.410 (10), <br /> <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br />8.270 (8) off-sale liquor stores located in shopping centers <br />as defined at Section 5.585. <br /> <br />8.280 (7) off-sale liquor stores not located in shopping <br />centers as defined at Section 5.585. <br /> <br />8.300 (67) off-sale liquor stores located in shopping centers <br />as defined at Section 5.585. <br /> <br />8.320 (17) off-sale liquor stores not located ln shopping <br />centers as defined at Section 5.585. <br /> <br />8.330 (26) off-sale liquor stores located ln shopping centers <br />as defined at Section 5.585. <br />
