<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 962 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 87.045 OF THE CITY CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE PERTAINING TO PARKING IN BOULEVARDS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 87.045 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is amended to read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />87.045. Parking on Boulevard Prohibited. No vehicle shall be <br />parked on any boulevard adjacent to a public street, except: <br /> <br />(1) Boulevard parking spaces listed on the inventory of <br />boulevard parking spaces regularly in use, dated <br />June 30, 1984, prepared by the Code Enforcement <br />Officer, a copy of which is incorporated herein by <br />reference and which is on file in the office of the <br />City Manager, may continue to be used until one of <br />the following occurs: <br /> <br />(a) Roadway improvements involving dis- <br />turbance of or removal of the boulevard <br />parking area is undertaken; or, <br /> <br />(b) Substantial improvements to the lot lo- <br />cated adjacent to the boulevard parking <br />area is undertaken, such as expansion or <br />construction of house, garage, or drive- <br />way. <br /> <br />(2) Where a variance from the provisions of this section is <br />granted pursuant to the minor variance procedure of <br />Section 12.055 of the City Code, based upon criteria <br />established by the City Manager. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage <br /> <br />and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 10th day of <br /> <br />September <br /> <br />, 1984. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />May~J~ <br /> <br />'~-'I '~". <br /> <br />, ," .
