<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 964 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, BY <br />AMENDING THE ZONING CODE AND ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN <br />REAL PROPERTY FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (I-I) TO RETAIL <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-2). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030, and <br /> <br />16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, the property <br /> <br />owner filed an application with the City Manager in the form of a <br /> <br />written request to rezone from Light Industrial District (I-I) to <br /> <br />Retail Business District (B-2), certain real property hereinafter <br /> <br />described lying and being in the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br /> <br />County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred the same to the <br /> <br />Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commlssion, upon due notice, held a <br /> <br />public hearing on said matter on the third day of October, 1984, <br /> <br />and made its recommendation to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, after due notice, held a public <br /> <br />hearing on said matter on the eighth day of October, 1984, at its <br /> <br />regular meeting; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE <br /> <br />PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, does <br /> <br />hereby ordain: <br />
