CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 965 * * * * * * * * * AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY ADDING SECTION 10.400 AND 10.410 ESTABLISHING AN I-2a ZONING DISTRICT AND SPECIAL USES PERMITTED THEREIN. The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: I. The City Code of the City of Roseville is amended by adding Sections 10.400 and 10.410, to read as follows: 10.400. Modified General Industrial Districts (1- 2a). A Modified General Industrial District (1- 2a) is established in which the uses permitted in General Industrial Districts (1-2) are permitted uses and those uses set forth in Section 10.410 are special uses. 10.410. Special Uses in Modified General Industrial Districts (1- 2a). The following uses are uses by special use permit in Modified General Industrial Districts (I-2a): (1) All special uses in 1-2 Districts. (2) The collection, processing, treatment, and distribu- tion of inorganic metal wastes consisting of metal compounds, solutions, sludges, and liquids, and the collection, bulking, separation, addition of absor- bants, and distribution of organic industrial wastes. Neither the inorganic nor the organic industrial wastes may include explosives as defined in Title 18 U.S.C., Section 841(c)(d), and 27 C.F.R. 55.23. The Council may require control measures, including but not limited to, the following: Security of premises and buildings; access to and egress from site; routing of vehicular traffic on public streets; se- curity methods for delivery and pickup; storm drainage and spillage control fa- cilities; hours of operation; noise impact; liabili ty for and control of unauthorized delivery; impact on contiguous property; and, fire protection.
