<br />I. <br /> <br />That the Zoning Map of the City of Roseville is <br /> <br />hereby amended by reclassifying the following described <br /> <br />property: <br /> <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of <br />Section eight (8), Township twenty-nine (29) <br />North, Range twenty-three (23) West, described as <br />follows: The West two hundred sixty and five <br />tenths (W. 260.5) feet of the East four hundred <br />sixty two and five-tenths (462.5) feet of the West <br />sixteen hundred (W. 1600) feet of that part of <br />said Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) lying south of <br />Rose Place, except the South nine hundred ten (S. <br />910) feet of said Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) , <br />according to the united States Government Survey <br />thereo f . <br /> <br />from 1-2 to I-2A. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force <br /> <br />from and after its passage and publication and upon satisfactory <br /> <br />proof that the Minnesota Pollution control Agency has approved <br /> <br />the Metropolitan Recovery Corporation's application for a <br /> <br />hazardous waste storage and treatment facility permit. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, this 11th day of <br /> <br />March <br /> <br />, 1985. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Ay~~ <br /> <br />~ager <br /> <br />-2- <br />
