<br />file with the City at all times an insurance policy as <br />required in Subdivision 2 is a cause for revocation of <br />the license. All insurance policies shall state that <br />the City will be given ten days notice, in writing, of <br />cancella tion. <br /> <br />(5) Bond. Prior to the issuance of a license under this <br />Chapter, the applicant shall file with the City Clerk <br />a bond with corporate surety or cash or United <br />States Government bond in a sum of three thousand <br />dollars ($3,000.00) for "off-sale" licenses and five <br />thousand dollars ($5,000.00) for other licenses to be <br />used as provided for in and complying with <br />Minnesota Statutes Section 340.12, relating to such <br />bonds. <br /> <br />151.040. <br /> <br />License Fees. <br /> <br />(1) The annual license fee for an "on-sale" intoxicating <br />liquor license is seven thousand dollars ($7,000.00). <br />The annual fee for an "on-sale" wine license is seven <br />hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) for establish- <br />ments with seventy-five (75) seats or less and one <br />thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) for estab- <br />lishments with over seventy-five (75) seats. The <br />annual license fee for a Sunday "on-sale" license is <br />two hundred dollars ($200.00). The annual fee for an <br />"off-sale" non-intoxicating malt liquor license is <br />thirty dollars ($30.00). <br /> <br />(2) The entire fee for club, special Sunday, "on-sale" <br />non-intoxicating malt liquor, "off-sale" intoxicating <br />liquor, and "off-sale" non-intoxicating malt liquor, <br />and "off-sale" licenses and $500.00 of the fee for <br />"on-sale" intoxicating liquor licenses and for wine <br />
