<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />AN ORDINANCE NO. 975 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16,040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN <br />REAL PROPERTY FROM RETAIL OFFICE SERVICE DISTRICT (B-4) TO <br />GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-3). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, <br /> <br />16.030 and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />the property owner filed an application with the City <br /> <br />Manager in the form of a written request to rezone from <br /> <br />Retail Office Service District (B-4) to General Business <br /> <br />District (B-3), certain real property hereinafter described <br /> <br />lying and being in the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br /> <br />Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred the <br /> <br />same to the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice <br /> <br />held a public hearing on said matter on the 5th day of June, <br /> <br />1985, and made its recommendation to the City Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a <br /> <br />public hearing on said matter on the lOth day of June, 1985, <br /> <br />at its regular meeting; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE <br /> <br />ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br />
