<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 979 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS <br />16.010, 16.020, 16.030 AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN <br />REAL PROPERTY FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-l) TO <br />TOWNHOUSE DISTRICT (R-6). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, <br /> <br />16.030 and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />the property owner filed an application with the City Manager <br /> <br />in the form of a written request to rezone from Single <br /> <br />Family Residence District (R-l) to Townhouse District (R-6), <br /> <br />certain real property hereinafter described lying and being <br /> <br />in the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred the <br /> <br />same to the Planning Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice <br /> <br />held a public hearing on said matter on the 7th day of <br /> <br />August, 1985, and made its recommendation to the City Council; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a <br /> <br />public hearing on said matter on the 12th day of August, <br /> <br />1985, at its regular meeting; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE <br /> <br />ABOVE PROCEDURE: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />does hereby ordain: <br />
