CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 981 * * * * * * * * * AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 16.010, 16.020, 16.030, AND 16.040, BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM SINGLE F AMIL Y RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (R- 1) TO RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-2). WHEREAS, Pursuant to Sections 16.010, 16.020, 16.030, and 16.040 of the Zoning Code of the City of RosevilIe, the property owner filed an application wi th the City Manager in the form of a written request to rezone from Single Fdmily Resident District (R- 1) to Retail Business District (B-2), certain real property hereinafter described lying dnd being in the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the City Council by motion referred the same to the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission upon due notice held a public hearing on the md tter on the 4 th day of September, 1985, and made its recommendation to the City Council; and WHEREAS, the City Council after due notice held a public hearing on said matter on the 9th ddY of September, 1985, at its regular meeting; and NOW, THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SAID HEARING AND THE ABOVE PROCEDURE: The City Council of the Ci ty of Roseville, Minnesota, does hereby ordain: I. That the Zoning Map of the City of Roseville is hereby amended by recldssifyi ng the followi ng described property: Subject to edsement over East 30 feet and sewer easement the South 50 feet of the North 181 99/100 feet of East 150 feet of West 360 18/100 feet of SW Quarter of Section 14, Township 29, Range 23, 1906 Lexington A venue North.
