<br />;\ <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 986 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 232.095 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE BY DELETING THE POSITION OF ROSEVILLE FIRE <br />DEPARTMENT DISTRICT CHIEFS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 232.095 of the City Code of the City of Roseville is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />232.095. City Employees. Employees of the City <br />of Roseville may not hold the office of Chief or <br />Deputy Chief of the Fire Department. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this 18th <br />day of November , 1985. <br /> <br />~,./ <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />
