<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 990 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8.080, PARAGRAPH 9 RELATING TO <br />OFF-STREET PARKING SPACES AT RESTAURANTS AND/OR CAFETERIAS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Section 8.080, paragraph 9, of the City Code of the City of <br /> <br />Roseville is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />9. Restaurant and/or cafeteria: One (1) space <br />per 2.50seats, plus one (1) space per each twenty (20) <br />square feet of the combined area of bar, lounge, and <br />public space, excluding the first two hundred fifty <br />(250) feet; in addition, one space per each fifty (50) <br />square feet of banquet dining area; and, in addition, <br />one space per each five seats of outdoor dining area. <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br /> <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this <br /> <br />13th day of <br /> <br />January <br /> <br />, 1986. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />(, .//' <br />\i ~-.J ,--J-.l~<-^- <br />eity Manager <br />v <br />
