<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 992 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 13.051 TO THE CITY CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, PROVIDING FOR DRIVEWAY TURNAROUNDS ON CERTAIN <br />DRIVEWAYS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br />ordain: <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is amended by adding <br />a new Section 13.051 to read as follows: <br /> <br />13.051. Driveways on Major Thoroughfares. Where <br />new principal structures are constructed on lots <br />contiguous to roadways designated as "major <br />thoroughfares" in the City's Comprehensive Plan, <br />driveways servicing such lots shall be designed <br />and constructed so as to provide a vehicle <br />turnaround facility within the lot. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this <br />10th day of February, 1986. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~J~ <br /> <br />~ City Manager <br />
