<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 993 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 20.070 (6) TO THE CITY CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, PROVIDING FOR DRIVEWAY TURNAROUNDS ON <br />CERTAIN DRIVEWAYS. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br />ordain: <br /> <br />The City Code of the City of Roseville is amended by adding <br />a new subparagraph (j) to Section 20.070, paragraph (6), to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />(j) Where new principal structures are constructed <br />on lots contiguous to roadways designated as <br />"major thoroughfares" in the City's Comprehensive <br />Plan, driveways servicing such lots shall be <br />designed and constructed so as to provide a vehicle <br />turnaround facility within the lot. <br /> <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after its passage and publication. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Roseville this <br />10th day of February, 1986. <br /> <br />~~. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />?~ti~. <br />
