<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. 994 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 254.070(1) ESTABLISHING <br />ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR SEVERANCE PAY. <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby <br /> <br />ordain: <br /> <br />I. <br /> <br />Section 254.070(1) of the Code of the City of Roseville is <br /> <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(1) Regular employees and police officers who <br />meet the eligibility requirements for receipt of a <br />pension pursuant to the Public Employee Retirement <br />Association statute, Minn. Stat.
