<br />liesolution No. 7 <br /> <br />Adopted June 15, 1048 <br /> <br />RESOLVED, the Village of Roseville execute an agreement approved by the <br /> <br />Village Attorney for the joint maintenance with the Town of Rose of the <br /> <br />Fire DepartIOOnt owned jointly by the Village of Hosevil1e and the To\.zI1 of <br /> <br />Rose, the expenses of said maintenance to be divided between said Village <br /> <br />and said Town in the proportion which the assessed valuation of each bears <br /> <br /> <br />to the total assessed valuation of both, except as to wages paid to fireman <br /> <br />while on fire runs which shall be paid by the Village or Town to which one <br /> <br /> <br />run is made. <br /> <br />RESOLVED, further, that the President and Glerk are hereby authorized to <br /> <br /> <br />llJXecute said agreement upon behalf of the Village. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />Clerk <br />
