<br />Resolution No. 8 <br /> <br />Adopted June 25, 1948 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition bearing date the 26th day of April 1948, signed by <br />24 freeholders of said County has been presented to the Village Council <br />of the Village of I~seville in the County of Ramsey, Minnesota, addbessed <br />to the Board of County vommissioners of said County paying for the <br />establishment of a highway running from the Northerly boundary of the City <br />of St. Paul to State Highway #36 J and not within the 11mi ts of any <br />incorporated city a portion of which said highway When so laid out will <br />be within the unplatted portion of the Village, which portion of said highway <br />lying wi thin said village is described as follows: Beginning at a point <br />on the center line of Roselawn Avenue, which is also lmown as County Road A-2 <br />at a point which is 402.17 feet east of the West quarter corner of Section <br />17, T. 29, R. 23 W.t and thence running to State Highway #36 at a point <br />which is 800.05 feet east and 660 feet north of the Southwest corner of <br />Section 8, Township 29 North, Range 23 West. <br /> <br />AND WHl~REAS, the said Village Council a majority thereof so agreeing, having <br /> <br />determined that such proposed estallilishment of said highway would The a <br />public benef1t~ <br /> <br />THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br /> <br /> <br />that such proposed estab ishment of said highloJay be and the same is hereby <br /> <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />Mew or <br /> <br />Attest: <br />
