<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the twenty- <br />seventh day of July, 1992, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka, <br />Thomas, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8818 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT NO. 68642 <br />RAILROAD CROSSING IMPROVEMENT, <br />TERMINAL ROAD EAST OF WALNUT STREET <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville enter into an agreement with <br />the Minnesota Commercial Railroad and the Commissioner of Transportation <br />for the installation and maintenance of railroad crossing surface at the <br />intersection of Terminal Road (MSAS 219) with the tracks of the <br />Minnesota Commercial Railroad in Roseville, Minnesota, and appointing <br />the Commissioner of Transportation agent for the City to supervise said <br />project and administer available Federal Funds in accordance with <br />Minnesota Statute, section 161.36. The City's share of the cost shall <br />be 20% of the total surface cost. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager be and they are <br />hereby authorized to execute said agreement for an on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded y Councilperson Thomas and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, <br />and V. Johnson and the following voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) SS <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 27th day of <br />July, 1992, with the original thereof on file in my office, and the <br />same is a full, true, and complete transcript insofar as the same <br />relates to improvement M-92-25. <br /> <br />Adop'ted b~¡ the council this 27th day of July, 1992. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
