<br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville has embarked upon water <br />improvement projects commencing in the year 1962; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village has been notified that the Roseville <br />Water Company intends to expand and lay additional mains in County <br />roads, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Village Council of the Village of Roseville requests <br />the Ramsey County Board to annul and cancel any permission granted <br />to the Roseville Water Company to lay any additional water mains in <br />Ramsey County Roads within the Village of Roseville. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk is instructed to certify a copy of <br />said Resolution and deliver it to the Ramsey County Board at the next <br />meeting of the Ramsey County Board. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Graul, and upon a vote being held thereon, <br />all of the members present unanimously voted in favor thereof. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />)SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared <br />the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a special meeting of the <br />Roseville Village Council held on the 17th day of July, 1964, with the <br />original on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete <br />transcript therefor I insofar as the same relates to a resolution regarding <br />the expansion of the Roseville Water Company. <br /> <br />WITNESS my hand as such Clerk and the corporate seal of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, this ,17th day of July, 1964. <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />(S E A L) <br /> <br />Page Two <br />
