<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, HELD ON JULY 20, 1964 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 20, 1964, at <br />7:30 P.M. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following was absent: Trustee Curley <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1001-A <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 963 of the Council adopted <br />May 18, 1964, a report has been prepared by Banister Engineering Company <br />with reference to the improvement of Fulham Street between the north <br />line of Laurie Road and the south line of the S.T.H. #36 right-of-way <br />by installation of stonn drainage and surfacing of the street, and this <br />report was received by the Council on July 13, 1964; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT IUJSOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953 Chapter 398 as amended). <br />The estimated total cost of the improvement of $25,748.00. <br /> <br />2. The public hearing should be held on the proposed improvement <br />on the 10th day of August, 1964, in the Council Chambers of the Village <br />Hall at 7:30 P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of <br />such hearing and improvement substantially in the following form: <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Council of Roseville will meet <br />in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall at 7:30 P.M. on August 10, <br />1964, to consider the making of an improvement on Fulham Street between <br />the north right-of-way line of Laurie Road and the south right-of-way <br />line of S.T.H. #36 by installation of storm drainage and surfacing of <br />
