<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2701 North Iexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on M:>nday, the <br /> <br />20 \;H <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />,Tl1Jy <br /> <br />, 196-4, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The follOwing members were present: ['layor Ccdal'hol;:l, Trustees Goodrich, <br />Grauel [Uld Shields <br />and the following were absent: Trustee Curley <br /> <br />Trustee Grauel <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1004 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />REIJ\.TING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. -h- as fically <br /> <br />amended and adopted on Oct. 4, 1957 <br /> <br />, was certified to the County Auditor of <br /> <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. l was held on <br /> <br /> <br />July 11, 1958 and adjurned to July 24, 1958 at which time assessments for Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer Improvement No. 1 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date <br /> <br />and certified in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on Sept. 5, 1958 and <br />
