<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, HELD ON JULY 20 , 1964. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the Village Council of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall <br />in said Village on July 20 , 1964, at 7: 3 0 p. M. The <br />following members were present: <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Trustee Curley <br /> <br />Member Shields introduced the fol- <br />lowing resolution and moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1007 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CANCELLING UNPAID INSTALLMENTS <br />ON ASSESSMENTS FOR SPECIAL IMPROVEMENTS ON PROPERTY <br />ACQUIRED BY THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE IN 1964. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Village of Roseville has ac- <br />quired by Warranty Deeds various parcels of property <br />within the Village for the purpose of acquiring and <br />maintaining Park Sites7 and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, assessments have been spread on <br />said parcels of property for special improvements <br />made by the Village of Roseville, and benefitting <br />said parcels; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Village of Roseville now <br />desires to cancel all unpaid installments on said <br />assessments 7 <br />
