<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, HELD ON JULY 20, 1964 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on July 20, 1964, at <br />7:30 P.M. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Trustee Curley. <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1008 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, THAT THE TERMS OF A RESOLUTION <br />PASSED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF ARDEN <br />HILLS ON THE 29th DAY OF JUNE, 1964, REGARDING WATER MAIN <br />CONSTRUCTION AND CONNECTIONS BE ACCEPTED BY THE VILLAGE <br />OF ROSE VI LLE. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Grauel, and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor of the resolution: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAi\1D as such Clerk this 21st day of July, 1964. <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
