<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />3rd <br /> <br />day of August, 1964, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock ..=..L..M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields then introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br /> <br />WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-6 <br /> <br />WHEREAS pursuant to advertisement for bids for Water <br /> <br />Improvement No. 64-6, according to the plans and specifications <br /> <br />thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of said village, <br /> <br />said bids were received on August 3, 1964 at 11:30 o'clock A.~, <br /> <br />opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids <br /> <br />were received complying with the advertisement: <br />
