<br />WHEREAS it appears that <br /> <br />Lametti & Sons, Inc. <br /> <br />of St. Paul, Minnesota is the lowest responsible <br /> <br />bidder at the tabulated price of $ 86,457.00 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Lametti & Sons, Inc. <br /> <br /> <br />for $ 86,457.00 in the name of the Village of <br /> <br /> <br />Roseville for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.5, according to the <br /> <br />plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the <br /> <br />Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />return forthwith to all bidders and deposits made with their <br /> <br /> <br />bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the <br /> <br />next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been <br /> <br /> <br />signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Member Grauel and <br /> <br />upon vote being taken thereon~ the following voted in favox <br /> <br />thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />whereupon the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted <br />
