<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Ibseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on }.bnday, the :ird <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />j\ur~ust <br /> <br />, 196JL, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: I.layor Cedarhol1n, Trustees, <br />Curley, Goodricrl, Grauel and 3hielcls. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Grau(,> 1 <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING ro APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />REIATING 1'0 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Ibseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. ~ as finally <br /> <br />amended and adopted on Oct. 4, 1957 <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />, was certified to the County Auditor of <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />of previous assessments in respect to San! tary Sewer Improvement No. l was held on <br /> <br />J'uly 11, 1958 and adJurned to July 24, 1958 at which time assessments for Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer Improvement No. 1 were amended as provided by said resolution of said date <br /> <br />and certified in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on Sept. 5, 1958 and <br />
