M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedlil.rholm, Trust es Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel, and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Grauel introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. lOl~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING TO S.ANITARY SEWER D-1PRO\lE1.1ENT NO. ....L <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of' the Village of' FDseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WllEREAS the Assessment Roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. -1- as last finally <br /> <br />amended and adopted on October 13, 1961 , was filed and certified to the County Auditor <br /> <br />of Ramsey County on November 15, 1961 for the purpose of including installments thereof <br /> <br />to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in <br /> <br />1962 <br /> <br />, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original assessment roll as <br /> <br />certified, have since been divided and conveyed by property owners, and <br />
