M. <br /> <br />and the following were absent~ <br /> <br />The following members were presentg Mayor Ccdarholm, Trustees Curley, <br />Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />t1r.t;imd <br /> <br />introduced the fOllowing resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution Noo ~7 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />REIATING TO SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NOo 2 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll, for Sanitary Sewer Improvement Noo 2 as finally <br /> <br />amended and adopted on Nov. 9, 195~, was certified to the County Auditor of <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREASJ a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />of previous assessments in respect to Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 2 was held on <br /> <br />Iece 6, 1960 <br /> <br />at which ti,me assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No 0 2 <br /> <br />'were amended as provided by said resolution of said date and certified in the office <br /> <br />of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on <br /> <br />Dec. 29, 1960 <br /> <br />and <br />
