<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE. MINNESOTA. HELD August 10,1964. <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at <br />the Village Hall in said Village on the 10th day of <br />August , 1964, at 8:00 p.m. The following members <br />were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br />Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Grauel introduced the fol- <br />lowing resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TO REINSTATE SANITARY SEWER ASSESS- <br />MENTS BEGINNING WITH THE INSTALLMENT PAYABLE IN 1965 ON <br />CERTAIN PROPERTY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village originally levied sanitary <br />sewer assessments against Lot 4, Block 16, C. W. Michael's <br />Fifth Addition, in the sum of $559.38 and in the sum of <br />$518.75 as to Lot 6, Block 15, same addition; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village thereafter, on April 17, <br />1961, took title to said two lots and thereupon can- <br />celled all future installments on said sewer assessments <br />and abated all past due installments; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village is now proposing to sell <br />said two lots and the purchaser has agreed to pay to the <br />Village the first five years of what the installments <br />would have been, and commence paying on future install- <br />ments if the same are reinstated by the Village. <br />
