<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council of <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br />August 24, 1964 <br /> <br />The Village Council of the Village of Roseville duly met in <br /> <br />regular session at the Village Hall on Monday, August 24, 1964, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cedarholm, Trustees <br />Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Member Shields <br /> <br />introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1026 <br />- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIMINARY <br />REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON <br />WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-7 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has heretofore directed Banister Engineering <br />Company, consulting engineers, 310 Snelling Avenue, Saint Paul, <br />Minnesota, to prepaJ.'e a prel iminary report as to the feasibility <br />of a proposed improvement consisting of the acquisition and con- <br />struction of facilities needed for supplying and distributing <br />water within a substantial area of the Village, as described in <br />the notice set forth below, and the estimated cost thereof, and <br />as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or <br />in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report <br />and cost estimate have been submitted by the engineers and con- <br />sidered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be <br />placed on file in the office of the Clerk. The improvement pro- <br />posed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is <br />designated as Water ~provement No. 64-7. <br />
