<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 64-7 <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Village of <br />r~seville, Minnesota, will meet at the Lake Owasso Elementary School <br />Auditorium on the 9th day of September, 1964 at 7:30 o'clock P.M., <br />to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, <br />as amended, on a proposed Water Improvement No. 64-7 consisting <br />of the acquisition of the water systems now existing in the area <br />described below, and the construction of certain connecting mains <br />between the existing village system and the private water system, <br />for the supply and distribution of water within such areas, to be <br />obtained from a connection with the water system of the City of <br />St. Paul under a cooperative agreement entered into in 1962 by the <br />Village Council and theCity Council; all substantially in accordance <br />with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open <br />to public inspection in the office of the Village Clerk. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />approximately $ . The area proposed to be assessed for <br />the improvement includes the properties situated within the <br />fOllowing described boundary: <br /> <br />Commencing at the northeast corner of Section 3, T. 29, <br />R. 23, thence westerly along the north line of the <br />northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of said <br />Section 3 to the northwest corner of said quarter quarter; <br />thence southerly along the west line of said quarter <br />quarter to the southwest corner of said quarter quarter: <br />thence easterly along the south line of said quarter <br />quarter to the east right-of-way 1 ine of State Trunk <br />Highway #10 as it now exists; thence southerly along <br />the east right-of-way line of said State Trunk Highway <br />#10 a distance of 400 feet: thence easterly and parallel <br />with the 'north line of said Section 3 approximately 500 feet <br />to a point on the east line of the northeast quarter of <br />said Section 3; thence southerly.'alonq the east line of <br />said quarter to the southeast corner of said northeast quarter; <br />
