EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF NEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON AUGUST 24, 1964 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular rreeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on the 24th day of August, 1964 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Hayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields and the following members were absent: None Member Goodrich introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. RESOLUTION NO. 1028 WHEREAS, Cummins Diesel Sales, Inc., a i'1innesota cor?oration, has entered into an Earnest Money Contract to purchase certain land situate in the Village of Rosevi lle, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota; and WHEREAS, said Contract provides for the conveyance of the following described property: Lots 6, 7, 14 and IS, and the North 1/2 of Lot 13 and the North 1/2 of Lot 8, Block "B", Twin View, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Re~ister of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, said Cununins Diesel Sales, Inc. has requested that said conveyance be approved;pursuant to M.S.A. 471.29 NOW, THEREFORE, It is hereby resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville that the conveyance of said Lots 8 and 13 as requested, and the combination of all of the above described property to said Cummins Diesel Sales, Inc. made pursuant thereto are hereby approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken th~~reon, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present
