<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special <br /> <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held in the Council Chambers in the Village <br /> <br />Hall in said village on Wednesd<\y <br /> <br />, the <br /> <br />9th day of September <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />1964, at 6~45J o.clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />;.Iayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel <br />and Shields <br /> <br />and th9 following were absent: <br /> <br />Mernbe r <br /> <br />Shields <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1030 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO WIDENING OF COUNTY <br />ROAD B, PASCAL AVENUE TO SNELLING AVENUE <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT, DECLARING COST TO BE <br />ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRO- <br />POSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for widening of County Road <br />B, Pascal Avenue to Snelling Avenue Street Improvement of the <br />Village of Roseville, in the area described in thH legal notice <br />thereof and the resolution thereto, and the contra.ct price fOl: such <br />improvement is $ 18,804.10 and the other expHnses incurred or <br />to be incurred in the making of said improvement a.mount to $ 24, 7~O. :2L <br />so that the total cost of the improvement will be $ 43,534.:31 <br />and of this cost the village will pay $ 9.395.11 as its share of <br />the cost, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE be it resolved by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />10 The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is <br />$34,139.20. <br />
