Extract of Minutes of ~1eeting of the Village Council Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota September 14, 1964 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall, 2701 North Lexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on the 14th day of September, 1964, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: ~~ayor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields. and the following absent: None Member Grauel then introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: l~SOLUTION NO. 1033 RESOLUTION ORDERING WATER IivlPROVHffiNT NO. 64-7 A.,\JD ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLAt\JS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that this Council has heretofore received and approved a pre- liminary report as to the feasibility and estimated cost of a Water Improvement as described in the Notice of Hearing contained in the resolution duly adopted on August 24, 1964, entitled "Resolution Approving Engineers Preliminary Report and Providing for Public Hearing on Water Improvement No. 64-7", and has caused notice of the time and place of hearing on said inr.t>rovement to be duly published and mailed to the owner of each parcel within the area proposed to be assessed, and at the time and place specified for such hearing has considered the views presented by all persons interested, with reference to the making of said improvement and the area to be assessed therefor, and being fully advised in the premises does hereby find and determine that said improvement is necessary and feasible and does hereby order said improvement to be acquired and constructed as pro- vided in said notice of hearing, and the cost thereof to be paid by special assessments and taxes in accordance with the provisions of !1innesota Statutes, Chapter 429; and the area proposed to be assessed for said improve- ment shall include all lots, tracts and parcels of land wi thin the assessable area as described in said Notice of Hearing; and that Banister Engineering Company are hereby directed to prepare and submit to the Council final plans and specifications for the construction of said improvetlcnt.
