<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly <br />held on the 10th day of August, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, P. <br />Johnson, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Cushman introduced the attached resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8822 <br /> <br />APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF <br />NORTH CENTRAL CABLE COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member P. Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, P. <br />Johnson, and V.
