<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD SEPTEMBERl4, 1964 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Ro seville, Minne sota, wa s duly called and <br />held at the Village Hall in said Village on the l4thday of September, 1964 <br />at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />~'layor Cedarholm, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and <br />Shields <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Shields <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~4 <br /> <br />Whereas, on September 8, 1964, at a Village Election, Plan B, <br />pursuant to M.S.A. ~412.060 and subsequent sections, was adopted by the <br />electorate of the Village of Roseville. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Richard W. Turnlund, heretofore Clerk of the Village of Roseville, <br />is hereby appointed and confirmed as Manager of said Village; and Plan B is <br />ordered into existence; and the compensation of the Manager shall be at the <br />same rate of pay as the Clerk, until altered by the Village Council. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolutim was <br />duly seconded by Member Goodrich , and upon a vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br />
