'/ I <br />c~4 -/~4/ <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />~ ') <br />and the following members were absent: /' / /~~ CR--d~~ <br /> <br />Member ~e-..;- introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />_/._0 :J,,(.- <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CANCELIJNG ASSESSMENTS FOR SPECIAL <br />IMPROVEMENTS ON MUNICIPAL PARK SITE NO. 19-B, ACQUIRED BY <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE IN 1962. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Roseville filed a Petition In <br />Cmdemnation on August 31, 1962, at which time the Village of Roseville <br />asserted an ownership in that real property hereinafter described; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequently, on March 22, 1963, a Warranty <br />Deed was transferred from the prior owners to the Village of Roseville <br />for said property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the time of filing the said Petition in Condemnation <br />said property was subject to an assessment for sewer improvement No.3, <br />levied by the Village of Ro seville, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village now desires to cancel said assessment, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />
