<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />September 14, ,1964 <br /> <br />A <br /> <br />regular <br /> <br />meeting of the Council of the Village of Rose- <br /> <br />ville, Minnesota, was held in the Village Hall on September 14 <br /> <br />, 1964, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following Trustees were present: <br /> <br />Curley, Goodrich, Grauel <br />and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Hayor Cedarho 1m <br /> <br />*** <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />The Clerk presented to the COUDci1 the proposed assessment roll for con- <br /> <br />solidated water improvements numbered 62-2, 64-4, 64-5 and 64-6 prepared by him <br /> <br />with the assistance of the engineers as directed by the Council on September 9 <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />1964, and reported that the assessment roll is now on file in his office and open <br /> <br />to public inspection. <br /> <br />Member Shields <br /> <br />then introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1036 <br /> <br />RESOIDrION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON THE <br />PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR CONSOLIDATED <br />WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 62-2, 64-4, <br />64-5 AND 64-6 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />the proposed assessment roll for consolidated water improvements numbered 62-2, 64-4, <br />64-5 and 64-6, now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village <br />Clerk, is approved, and the Clerk is directed to publish and mail notice that the <br />Council will meet to consider the proposed assessment on October 6, ' 1964, at <br />Alexander Ramsey Cafetorium in the Village of Roseville, at 7:30 o'clock <br />P.M. The notice shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, the general <br />nature of said consolidated improvements, the area proposed to be assessed, that the <br />proposed assessment roll is on file with the Clerk, and that written or oral objec- <br />tions thereto by any property owner will be considered. It shall be published in <br />the official newspaper of the Village at least once, and shall be mailed to the <br />owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll, not less than two weeks prior <br /> <br />-1- <br />
