BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, that the proposed assessment roll for widening of County Road B. Pascal Avenue to Snelling Avenue Street Improve- ment ,now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the Village Clerk, is approved, and the Clerk is directed to publish and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessment on Octoberl1'" 1964, at Villalle Hall in the Village of Roseville, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The notice shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, the general nature of said consolidated improvements, the area proposed to be assessed, that the proposed assessment roll is on file with the Clerk, and that written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will be considered. It shall be published in the official newspaper of the Village at least once, and shall be mailed to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll, not less than two weeks prior to the date of said meeting. For the purpose of such mailed notice, owners of said parcels shall be those shown as such as of September 8, 1964, on the records of the County Treasurer. Every property owner whose name does not appear on such records (other than owners of property which is tax exempt or is taxed on a gross earnings basis) shall be deemed to have waived such mailed notice unless he has requested in writing that the County Treasurer include his name on the records for this purpose. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Grauel , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present and the following voted against the same: None whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
