S. Post office at Falcon Heights, llinnesota, <br /> <br />on September l8, 1964, copies of the attached Notice of Hearing on proposed <br /> <br />special assessments for \'Jidening of County Road B, Pascal Avenue to <br /> <br />Snelling Avenue Street Improvement of said Village. \'lhich were enclosed <br /> <br />1n sealed envelopes, with postage thereon fully prepaid, addressed to all <br /> <br />of the persons at the addresses appearing opposite their respective names <br /> <br />on the assessment roll which \~as placed on file in the office of the <br /> <br />Village Clerk - l'.Imlager on September 9, 1964, and which had been prepared <br /> <br />by myself, the Village engineers and consulting engineer. <br /> <br />I further certify that assessment roll was prepared by the <br /> <br />1,'lachine Accounting Diviison of Ramsey County frotl their official records <br /> <br />and that the legal descriptions thereon and the names appearing therein were <br /> <br />taken from the official records of the County of Ramsey from the offices <br /> <br />of the County Auditor and the County Treasurer. <br />
