<br />BE IT H.ESOLVED DY the Cot;~ncil of. cheVillage of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, that th('J p::opcsed 2S.:;ss,::;ment roll for Long Lake Road <br />County Road B-2, St. Croix Street Street Improvement <br />, now on file and open to public inspection in the office <br />of the Village Clerk, is approved, and the Clerk is directed to <br />publish and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider the <br />proposed assessment on October t~ 1964, at Villa~e Hall in <br />the Village of Roseville, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The notice shall <br />state the date, time and place of the meeting, the general nature <br />of said consolidated improvements, the area proposed to be assessed, <br />that the proposed assessment roll is on file with the Clerk, and <br />that written or oral objections thereto by any property owner will <br />be considered. It shall be published in the official newspaper of <br />the Village at least once, and shall be mailed to the owner of <br />each parcel described in the assessment roll, not less than two <br />weeks prior to the date of said meeting. For the purpose of such <br />mailed notice, owners of sai.d parcels shall be those shown as such <br />as of September 6, 1964, on the records of the County Treasurer. <br />Every property owner whose name does not appear on such records <br />(other than owners of property which is tax exempt or is taxed on <br />a gross earnings basis) shall be deemed to have waived such mailed <br />notice unless he has requested in writing that the County Treasurer <br />include his name on the records for this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Grauel <br /> <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> <br />the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: N <br />one <br /> <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
