<br />Rosevi11e, Minnesota, that the proposed assessment roll <br />for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.5, now on file and <br />open to public inspection in the office of the Village <br />Clerk, is approved, and the Clerk is directed to publish <br />and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider <br />~he proposed assessment on october/~ 1964, at <br />in the Village of Roseville, at 7:30 o'clock P.Mn The <br />notice shall state the date, time and place of the meeting, <br />the general nature of said consolidated improvements, the <br />area proposed to be assessed, that the proposed assessment <br />roll is on file with the Clerk, and that written or oral <br />objections thereto by any property owner will be con- <br />sidered. It shall be published in the official newzpaper <br />of the Village at least once, and shall be mailed to the <br />owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll, not <br />less than two wee)es prior to the date of said meeting. For <br />the purpose of such mailed notice, owners of said parcels <br />shall be those shown as such as of September 8, 1964, on the <br />records of the county Tr~asurero Rvery property a~mer <br />whose name does not appear on such records (other than <br />owners of property which is taX exempt or is taxed on a <br />gross earnings basis) shall be deemed to have waived such <br />mailed notice unless he has requested in ~!\Iriting t.hat <br />the County Treasurer include his name on the records for <br />this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by <br /> <br />Member Grauel <br /> <br />, and upon <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> <br />thereof: ~ <br /> <br />All pres ent <br /> <br />and the following vo'ted agaJnst the same~ <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
