'//~r-(/ LL~-c-?'lU ~ft0d..<~>f./ ~i... introduced the following resollltion and moved its adoption: Resolution No. ,/0,39' - h RESOLUTION RELATING 'ID ACCEPTANCE OF MAPLE LANE COURT from Western Avenue to cul-de-sLc W1!EREAS, Frank Tschida, as developer, has platted Tschida (lWasso 1i:l.lls Plat No. 2 and therein dedicated a certain street known as Maple LanE Court, and pur- suant to certain provisions of Village Ordinance has undertaken to grade and stabilize Or cause to be graded and stabilized, and has duly fiJed a deposit of $3,600.00 for the completion of construction of said street wittin said plat as follows: MAPLE LANE COURT from Western Avenue to the cul-de-sec, and, WHEREAS, Frank TSchida has filed and also made his request for approval and the final. acceptance of said streets by the Village of FDseville, and, WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said street and filed his certificate indicating that the construction of said street has been completed in accordance with all the requirements of the VillagE Ordinance and recommends the acceptance of said street by the Village.
