<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council <br />Village of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />state of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice tbereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2701 North Iexington Avenue, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the "llL'tlt <br />day of E:;eptember , 196~, at ~ 0 i clock P oM. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Grauel and Shields <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Mayor Cedarholm <br /> <br />Trustee Shields introduced the following resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 1041 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS <br />RELATING ro SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Vi.llage Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement Noo L as fic.ally <br /> <br />amended and adopted on Oct. 4, 1957 <br /> <br />, was certified to the County Auditor of <br /> <br />Ramsey County and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments, reassessments, and apportionment <br /> <br />of previous assessments in respect to Sanl. tary Sewer Improvement No. l was held au <br /> <br />July 11, 19?8 and adjurned to July 24, 1958 at which time assessments for Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer Improvement No. l were amended as provided by said resolution of said date <br />and certified in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey County on Sept. 5, 1958 and <br />
